Job summary

Graham Behavior Services, LLC seeks a Behavior Therapist to provide ABA therapy to assigned students under BCBA supervision. The role focuses on teaching language, play, and skill-based curricula in 1:1 settings with learners on the autism spectrum, across educational and community environments.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about individualized instruction, data collection, graphing, analysis, and presenting progress data.

Qualifications

• Experience applying ABA teaching, communication and reinforcement procedures.
• Knowledge of behavior analytic principles and applying ABA for meaningful changes.
• Ability to collect, graph, analyze and discuss data-based progress.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Special Education or related field, or pursuing.
• Minimum one year experience providing ABA services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Possession or pursuit of RBT certification as deemed necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provides intensive ABA therapy to develop skills across emotional, cognitive, behavioral, language, and interpersonal growth.
• Applies ABA teaching, communication, and reinforcement procedures consistently.
• Attends all scheduled sessions and clinics.
• Completes data collection and daily session notes.
• Delivers intervention as described in the client’s Behavior Intervention or Treatment Plan.
• Assists BCBA in devising strategies for skill acquisition or behavior reduction.
• Informs parents about daily routines, expectations, or incidents observed on site.
• Updates BCBA with materials, progress and program changes.
