Job summary

Graham Behavior Services, LLC seeks a Behavior Therapist to provide ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. You will work 1:1 with learners with autism, focusing on language, play, and skill-based curricula in educational and community settings.

Qualifications

• Experience applying ABA teaching and reinforcement procedures.
• Ability to collect, graph, analyze and discuss data-based progress.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive ABA therapy in 1:1 sessions.
• Attend scheduled sessions and complete daily data collection.
• Update BCBA with progress and needed program changes.
• Inform parents about daily routines and incidents observed.

Skills

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Special Education, or related field

Pursuit or possession of RBT certification
