Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one behavioral support for children on the autism spectrum in a center-based setting. You will work closely with board-certified behavior analysts to implement individualized treatment plans.

Availability is 3pm–7pm Monday through Friday, with potential for part-time or full-time hours. The role emphasizes data collection, reporting progress, and collaboration with families and the treatment team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience working with children preferred.
• Experience supporting children with behavioral challenges or special needs preferred.
• HIPAA confidentiality and privacy awareness.
• Reliable transportation to assigned locations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with a client to implement behavioral plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect data to monitor progress and report results.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Respond to needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and other applicable parties.
• Assist with physically active sessions with children 2–15 years old.
• Other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
