Job summary

Genesis in Ansted, West Virginia is seeking an RN Supervisor to support the Director of Nursing in delivering efficient, high-quality nursing care during the 3:00 PM–11:30 PM shift.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure by the State Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate care delivery processes, mentoring staff, and coordinating with other departments.
• Collaborate to maintain adequate nursing staff for safe 24/7 care, with focus on overtime reduction.
