Job summary

Genesiscareers in West Virginia is seeking an RN Supervisor for the evening shift (3pm-11pm) to support the Director of Nursing in delivering safe, high‑quality care and superior resident experience.

You will lead clinical operations, mentor staff, coordinate with other departments, ensure adequate staffing, and assist with recruitment and new-hire orientation to maintain a skilled, compliant team on site.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Current RN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical operations of nursing units on assigned shift while ensuring policy and regulation compliance.
• Mentor staff, coordinate care delivery and communicate with other departments.
• Maintain adequate staffing for safe, 24/7 nursing care while limiting overtime and agency use.
• Participate in staff recruitment, orientation and recommendations for promotions/transfers.
