Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide support to developmentally disabled adults with interpersonal relationships, social interaction, and communication skills.
• Deliver one on one skill-building interventions for adults.
• Build rapport and complete required documentation.
• Support community‑based activities and programs.
• Communicate openly with clients and establish respectful relationships.
• Assist clients with setting academic and personal goals.
• Support clients in building self‑esteem and motivation.
