Qualifications

• Background check and drug screening required.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and patient, empathetic approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to individuals with IDD.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal hygiene.
• Implement ISPs and document progress.
• Support community integration, transportation, and recreation.
• Administer medications per protocols.
• Communicate with supervisors, families, and care team.
