Job summary

Premiere Behavioral Supports LLC in Northfield, NJ seeks a part-time Community Support Staff to help adults with developmental disabilities live independently at home and in the community. The role offers weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm) and pay at $23.10 per hour, with a 20-hour per week schedule.

Responsibilities include one-on-one skill-building, documenting activities, building rapport, and supporting clients in goal setting and social challenges.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Six months of experience with a person with a developmental disability preferred.
• Valid driver's license in good standing and pre-employment drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one skill-building interventions for adults with developmental disabilities.
• Support development of interpersonal and social skills.
• Complete required documentation and maintain records.
• Assist clients with setting academic and personal goals.
• Build rapport and communicate openly with clients from diverse backgrounds.
