Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Six months of professional experience with a person with a developmental disability.
• Valid driver’s license, car insurance, and pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to developmentally disabled adults with interpersonal relationships, social interaction, and communication goals.
• One-on-one skill-building interventions for adults.
• Build rapport and maintain a supportive relationship with clients.
