Job summary

OOS Management Corp. is hiring Certified Behavior Technicians (CBT) in Spokane, WA, to join our mission at Empower Behavior Solutions. You will work part-time providing direct ABA therapy to children under BCBA supervision. This role offers significant on-the-job training and a rewarding work environment where you can truly impact a child's life.

Ideal candidates should have a High School Diploma, CBT certification, and preferably two years’ experience with children.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Current CBT certification required.
• Minimum of two years’ experience working with children preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision.
• Collect accurate session data for documentation.
• Implement clients’ Behavior Plans as written by BCBA.
• Maintain communication with families and report observations.
