Job summary

Empower Behavior Solutions is seeking compassionate Certified Behavior Technicians (CBTs) to provide 1:1 ABA therapy in children’s homes and school settings in Shelton, Washington. This role focuses on helping a 4-year-old client with ABA programs under BCBA supervision.

Ideal candidates hold an active CBT certification in Washington, have a high school diploma, and are reliable, patient, and good communicators. Schedule is roughly 20 hours per week, with opportunities for additional hours.

Qualifications

• Active Washington CBT certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience implementing ABA programs and collecting behavioral data.
• Reliable transportation to travel to client homes and schools.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Compassion, patience, and a passion for helping children.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention programs.
• Deliver services in clients' homes and school settings.
• Collect accurate session data and complete documentation within 24 hours.
• Communicate professionally with families, school staff, and supervising clinicians.
• Foster a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment.
• Follow all company policies while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
