Job summary

OOS Management Corp. is hiring Certified Behavior Technicians (CBT) in Spokane, WA, to join our mission at Empower Behavior Solutions. You will work part-time providing direct ABA therapy to children under BCBA supervision. This role offers significant on-the-job training and a rewarding work environment where you can truly impact a child's life.

Ideal candidates should have a High School Diploma, CBT certification, and preferably two years’ experience with children.

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour

Join Our Mission at Empower Behavior Solutions Seeking Certified Behavior Technicians! Our program is expanding, and we’re looking for a compassionate, energetic, and reliableCertified Behavior Technician (CBT) to work part-time with a6-year-old client for approximately 25hours per week.

What you’ll do:

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision across home, school, and center based settings
• Collect accurate session data and enter supporting documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each session
• Ensure that each client’s individual Behavior Plan is implemented as written by BCBA
• Maintain professional communication with families and report observations to supervising BCBA

What you’ll need:

• Required: High School Diploma
• Preferred: Minimum of two years’ experience working with children
• Required: Current CBT certification
• Experience with ABA data collection and session documentation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively, accurately, and efficiently under multiple demands and frequent interruptions
• Patience, creativity, and genuine passion for supporting the autism community
