Job summary

Clear Creek County seeks an Evaluator Connector to lead program evaluation for Mountain Youth Network (MYN) and to coordinate the Trek Teen Council, integrating youth voice into prevention initiatives. You will design evaluation strategies, guide CAP and Sustainability planning, and report outcomes to stakeholders.

Strong data analysis, facilitation, and collaboration skills are essential. You will also oversee data collection, maintain records, support grant reporting, and ensure data integrity

Qualifications

• Knowledge of program evaluation methods and data collection.
• Understanding of prevention science and risk/protective factors.
• Experience with youth engagement and facilitation.
• Ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the MYN Evaluation Plan creation and execution.
• Coordinate Trek Teen Council recruitment, planning, and facilitation.
• Track CAP progress and report quarterly to stakeholders.
• Manage data collection, analysis, and reporting for programs.
• Support Communities That Care (CTC) implementation and evaluation.
• Prepare dashboards and presentations to communicate findings.
• Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and compliance.
