The City of Seattle seeks a Strategic Advisor, Evaluation & System Improvement to strengthen performance and accountability within the Care Coordination Program. You will design evaluation strategies, drive CQI implementation, and translate data into actionable improvements across intake, assessment, service authorization, and care planning.

Aging and Disability Services (ADS) works to ensure that older adults and adults with disabilities can live safely, independently, and with dignity in their communities. Through partnerships across local, state, and federal systems, ADS funds and oversees services including case management, in-home care, caregiver supports, and community-based living resources. The Care Coordination Program is central to this mission, ensuring clients receive timely, appropriate, and person-centered support.
The Strategic Advisor, Evaluation & System Improvement plays a critical role in strengthening the performance and accountability of the Care Coordination system. Reporting to the Care Coordination Program Director, this position leads the design and execution of evaluation strategies, performance infrastructure, and cross-system process improvements. This is not a reporting-only role; this position translates data into action, drives operational change across internal teams and provider networks, and ensures services are equitable, efficient, and outcome-driven.

This temporary assignment is expected to end late November 2027 with a possibility for extension.
The full salary range for this position is $56.57 - $84.88 an hour.
