Iron Mountain in Whitehaven is seeking a proactive Records Specialist/Van Driver to join our team. This dual role blends office duties in the Records Service Centre with driving duties to collect and deliver boxes of records across multiple sites.

You will index and scan records using Cimage and Ancora software, perform QC checks, and support customer requests while adhering to our professional standards and health and safety requirements.

Formación

• Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Clean driving licence is essential.
• Experience with records management and scanning processes is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Drive a Transit van to collect and deliver boxes of records across multiple sites.
• Carry out tasks in the Records Service Centre including indexing, scanning, and QC checks.
• Handle customer requests and ensure accurate retrieval of archive records.
