Job summary

The role requires a BS in Electrical Engineering and 2+ years in power electronics, with hands-on schematic capture, circuit simulation, PCB layout, and high-voltage testing experience. Hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering required.
• 2+ years of experience in power electronics product development.
• Hands-on experience with schematic capture, circuit simulation and PCB layout.
• Experience with high voltage power electronics testing and validation.
• Familiar with IGBT, MOSFET and power modules.

Responsibilities

• Develop traction inverters for electric vehicle applications.
• Design, bring-up, characterize and troubleshoot traction inverters.
• Design and validate circuit schematics and PCB layout.
• Perform complex circuit design analysis, thermal analysis, and control analysis.
• Perform failure analysis and support design validation and tests.
• Collaborate with mechanical design, software, system, project management and supply chain functions.
