Job summary

Qualifications

• Automotive technology degree or certificate, or equivalent with 1+ years automotive repair experience.
• Willingness to relocate for full-time placement after program.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems.
• Valid driver's license and ability to relocate to multiple markets in the US after program.

Responsibilities

• Maintain enrollment during the 24‑week program.
• Complete 40 hrs per week between class and on‑the‑job training.
• Achieve 90% attendance in sessions and activities.
• Pass all exams and lab assignments with 80% or higher.
• Assist Rivian Service Technicians with repairs and related tasks.
• Improve service procedures without compromising safety and quality.
• Complete all course curricula objectives.
• Demonstrate Rivian’s Compass Principles daily.
