Job summary

Harbinger is seeking a Site Supervisor to lead a compact offsite vehicle repair facility, overseeing mechanical repair, software, quality, logistics, and facility operations to meet safety, quality, and delivery standards.

You will coordinate resources with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain, drive daily priorities, and ensure parts, tools, and equipment are available to keep vehicles moving efficiently.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in automotive, manufacturing, vehicle repair, or service operations.
• 2+ years in a team lead or supervisor role.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily site operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets.
• Supervise and develop mechanical, software, quality, logistics, and facility personnel.
• Establish daily priorities, work assignments, and staffing plans.
• Coordinate vehicle repair, software, inspection, and release activities.
• Track vehicle status, repair progress, aging, and overall site performance.
• Ensure repairs meet approved processes, specifications, and quality standards.
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain to resolve issues.
