Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in project management or field experience preferred.
• Prior leadership experience required.
• Strong knowledge of electrical troubleshooting and codes.
• Experience with service management software and scheduling systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor service electricians, apprentices, coordinators, and staff.
• Oversee day-to-day service department operations: scheduling, dispatch, procurement, permits, inspections, closeouts.
• Estimate and manage residential and overflow commercial service projects with proper staffing.
• Ensure high-quality, safe execution while complying with codes and standards.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve escalated issues quickly.
• Use service management systems for scheduling, reporting, and performance tracking.
• Enforce accurate use of the pricing book for estimates and invoicing.
• Monitor KPIs: revenue, utilization, turnaround, satisfaction, and rework.
• Conduct site visits, quality checks, and performance reviews.
