Job summary

Orange EV is seeking a Production Quality Inspector to ensure the quality and compliance of high‑voltage batteries, powertrains, and vehicle assemblies. The role requires 3+ years of QA experience and the ability to work independently in a production environment.

You will perform in‑line and final inspections, interpret schematics, maintain traceability, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues and support continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of QA/QC inspection experience, preferably in automotive or electrical manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong documentation and data-entry skills using QMS or MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-line and final inspections of electrical assemblies and power distribution modules.
• Interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings to validate build accuracy.
• Maintain serialized part traceability and accurate documentation.
• Perform Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) on charger systems to ensure quality standards.
• Document non-conformances and support root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Production, Process Engineering, and Quality teams to resolve issues in real time.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist with quality training.
