Job summary

Stellantis is seeking a technology-driven engineering leader to guide the propulsion electronics strategy. You will work across HW/SW architecture, safety engineering, and purchasing to select and integrate semiconductor solutions for traction inverters, battery management, and DC-DC converters.

You will drive component roadmaps and align with ISO 26262 and AEC-Q100 standards. With 5+ years in automotive embedded electronics or hardware architecture, you will lead design reviews, guide supplier

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics, Telecommunication, or equivalent Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive embedded electronics designs or hardware/system architecture.
• Knowledge/Experience of propulsion and battery domain ECU design, development, and testing.
• Strong teamwork spirit; excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to work independently in a global team environment.

Responsibilities

• Specialized in selecting and recommending next generation semiconductor solutions for propulsion systems and ensuring high-quality integration.
• Collaborate with vehicle Architecture/system Design (HW/SW), safety engineer & Buyer to meet performance, reliability, and cost requirements.
• Recommend application-specific electronic components such as MCU/MPU, PMIC, Power FETs, PLC for EV charging, and CAN/LIN/Ethernet communication.
