Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years related experience.
• Minimum 5 years in hardware design or electrical engineering.
• Minimum 8 years in the semiconductor industry.
• Experience managing globally distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead definition and integration of main semiconductors used in our ECUs.
• Guide hardware teams in defining and implementing semiconductor technology roadmaps.
• Build relationships with suppliers and ecosystem stakeholders.
• Drive governance decisions to optimize business goals and semiconductor strategy.
• Support agile lifecycle delivery and external partner collaborations.
• Recruit and mentor engineers, interns and contractors.
