Responsibilities

• Support design, operations, administration, budget, marketing, and reporting for the EV managed charging program.
• Assist in implementation and performance to achieve targeted growth.
• Support program processes, internal teams, and contractors involved in implementation.
• Foster a proactive, customer-centric culture with customers, providers, and sales.
• Manage operational aspects including planning, organizing, coordinating, and resources.
• Collaborate with EV team and other departments to ensure service quality.
• Coordinate with EV business development and strategy teams for program performance.
• Handle program design, enrollments, budget management, and incentive reporting.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on program performance and provide training as needed.
• Develop relationships with stakeholders and oversee data management and IT projects.
• Represent the Company at industry events and liaise with regulators as required.
