Job summary
ManpowerGroup is partnering with an advanced electric and autonomous mobility organization to hire an Engineering Technician for the Powertrain Systems group in Fremont, CA. You will support the Vehicle Development team by building and testing EE hardware, wiring harnesses, and contributing to safe high-voltage procedures.

Qualifications
- Passion for electric and autonomous mobility, especially electrical systems development.
- High voltage and low voltage safety training.
- 4+ years of experience with automotive wire harness or EV systems.
- Ability to read wire harness drawings and manage wire circuit lists; experience soldering, crimping, stripping, fabricating harnesses.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and build testing hardware for electrical engineering systems down to component level.
- Troubleshoot testing hardware for EE systems at component level to identify issues.
- Perform approved high voltage enable/disable procedures following safety processes.
- Collaborate with design engineers to develop test systems meeting engineering needs and development goals.
- Make, update, and repair wire harnesses for EV vehicles in development.
