Qualifications

• Strong experience programming Siemens PLCs with TIA Portal.
• EV automotive manufacturing or SICAR experience preferred.
• Experience developing and modifying PLC programs; not just monitoring.
• Experience startup and commissioning of automated equipment.
• Ability to read schematics and control drawings.

Responsibilities

• Develop, modify, and troubleshoot Siemens PLC programs in TIA Portal.
• Support startup and commissioning of automated manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot PLC logic, I/O, networks, sensors, drives, and field devices.
• Review electrical schematics, I/O lists, control documentation.
• Collaborate with controls engineers, electricians, suppliers and commissioning teams.
