Job summary

Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America (HMGMA) seeks a production team supervisor to lead automotive manufacturing operations. You will supervise team leaders, plan schedules, and coordinate across production areas to meet goals.

The role requires a bachelor's or equivalent and 1–5 years of related experience. You will enforce safety and quality standards, administer process improvements, and collaborate with management to drive delivery targets while maintaining a positive, efficient work

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
• 1 – 5 years of job-related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team leaders and members in manufacturing/quality areas.
• Direct and coordinate activities of multiple team leaders in production.
• Plan work schedules, assignments, and production sequences to meet goals.
• Inspect materials, products, or equipment for defects.
• Demonstrate equipment operations and safety procedures.
• Monitor work to ensure compliance with standards.
• Assign and coordinate work using independent judgment.
• Ensure on-time completion of work within skills and availability.
• Implement corrective actions per policy.
• Maintain positive relationships within team and management.

Education

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred

1 – 5 years of job-related experience preferred
