Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or related field required; 3+ years in Manufacturing, IT Systems, or Manufacturing System Management.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; able to diagnose complex IT/manufacturing issues.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and troubleshoot IT and manufacturing application issues for EV battery plants.
- Monitor and maintain manufacturing systems to ensure stable and reliable operations.
- Support system implementations, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance.
- Communicate with plant users, IT vendors, and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and user guides.
- Provide user training and technical support for manufacturing systems.
- Support factory automation software implementation and testing with equipment and PLC engineers.
- Investigate and resolve production-related system issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a multicultural environment.
