Job summary

ProSight Talent, LLC is seeking a Purchasing & Parts Development Manager for Interior and Exterior at a coastal Georgia EV plant. You will own sourcing, supplier development and launch readiness from development through mass production, leading a team of buyers and collaborating with Engineering, Quality and Production to achieve successful launches.

Qualifications

• The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and strong MS Office skills.
• Fluency or strong command of written and spoken English is essential.
• Experience in automotive purchasing or supplier development is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and supplier development for interior and exterior commodities.
• Oversee RFIs, RFPs and RFQs from development through mass production.
• Negotiate contracts and secure best pricing and supplier terms.
• Manage a team of buyers and coordinate with Engineering, Quality and Production.
• Monitor supply base and ensure on-time launches and launch readiness.
