Qualifications

• Master's degree in city planning, urban planning, urban design, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree and one year of relevant city planning experience.
• Equivalent education/experience combination accepted; graduate credits may substitute for experience.
• Two additional years of experience required for Assignment Level III.

Responsibilities

• Manage the City's EV charging program at municipal parking facilities.
• Develop and implement strategies for expansion, replacement, and optimization of EV charging infrastructure.
• Conduct site assessments and coordinate with engineering, facilities, parking operations, utilities, and other stakeholders.
• Manage EV-related contracts: network services, maintenance, equipment procurement, and installation.
• Monitor charger performance, utilization, and maintenance; coordinate actions with vendors.
