Job summary

Green Water and Power, LLC is hiring an experienced Concrete Finisher to join our new Greenfield Construction Team. You will form, place, and finish concrete for electrical services, equipment pads, charger foundations, sidewalks, and ADA-accessible areas, coordinating with the electrical crew to ensure proper conduit stub-ups and layout.

The role requires 4–5 years of finish work on commercial projects, strong formwork and rebar skills, the ability to read plans, and a willingness to travel up

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience as a concrete finisher on commercial construction projects.
• Hands-on experience with formwork, rebar placement, and embedded items.
• Ability to read plans and details and work to required tolerances.
• Knowledge of concrete placement, finishing, curing, and weather protection.
• Must have OSHA 10 certification and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Plan, stake, and string out concrete locations per the design and plans.
• Set and strip forms for transformer and charger pads, sidewalks, curbs, and flatwork.
• Place and tie rebar, and install anchor bolts, embeds, and bollard sleeves.
• Coordinate with electrician to confirm conduit stub-ups are located and protected.
• Verify layout, elevations, and dimensions against the plans prior to placement.
• Finish concrete using screed, float, trowel, and broom as required.
• Build ADA-compliant sidewalks, ramps, and accessible parking pads.
• Apply curing compounds and protect concrete from weather conditions.
• Patch and restore existing concrete and hardscape; install bollards and PPE.
• Assist with scheduling concrete deliveries and pump trucks; support safety inspections.
