Job summary

Gridworks is seeking skilled Concrete Form Setters/Finishers to support our growing renewable energy projects across the Southwest. You will read blueprints, set and brace forms for slabs, footings, and structural pours, and ensure elevations and dimensions meet specs.

Join a safety‑conscious team using hand and power tools to place rebar, pour and finish concrete, and achieve high‑quality finishes on time across multiple sites with potential travel.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in concrete form setting and finishing preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and verify elevations
• Understanding of OSHA safety practices and construction site safety

Responsibilities

• Set and place concrete forms and form systems for slabs, footings, and structural elements
• Wreck and remove forms after concrete placement
• Assist with layout, measurements, and final form adjustments to ensure accuracy of dimensions and elevations
• Place and tie reinforcing steel (rebar) in accordance with project specifications
• Pour concrete and assist with concrete placement and vibration
• Finish concrete to specified surface textures and tolerances
• Maintain cleanliness of tools and work areas; support safe equipment storage and handling
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate tasks during pours
• Support other trades on-site when needed

This role involves working with various form systems to support slab, footing, and structural pours.
