Job summary

Asbury Automotive Group through its Lexus Hingham location seeks an Automotive EV/Hybrid Technician (Diagnostic Specialist) to diagnose, repair and service advanced hybrid/electric drivetrains. You will perform electrical system diagnoses, engine work, and related preventive maintenance with precision.

The role requires EV/Hybrid certifications, strong mechanical aptitude, and proficiency with diagnostic tools.

Qualifications

• EV/Hybrid certifications required.
• ASE certifications preferred.
• Must have basic tools.
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform EV/Hybrid diagnostics and repairs as needed.
• Document work performed and communicate with advisor for additional repairs.
• Maintain CSI targets and ensure safety/compliance during service.
• Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training to stay current with new tech.
• Return serviced vehicles clean and ensure customer satisfaction.
