Qualifications

• Experience with EV/Hybrid systems and diagnostics.
• ASE and manufacturer certifications strongly preferred.
• Must have basic tools and solid mechanical skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine repairs and diagnostic procedures on EV/Hybrid vehicles.
• Communicate findings with service advisors and customers.
• Complete service documentation and warranty claims accurately.
• Maintain high CSI by delivering quality workmanship and customer experience.
• Participate in ongoing manufacturer training and certifications.
