Job summary

ALSO. is seeking a skilled technical writer to develop documentation for our e-bike hardware and software.

You will partner with engineers, support, testing, marketing, and product management to produce owner’s guides, service manuals, and accessory guides for global audiences. You’ll manage end-to-end content development, ensure consistency, and deliver documentation across print, PDF, web, and mobile formats while keeping materials up-to-date with new features.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of technical writing experience in hardware and software.
• Document hardware assembly or installation at product level (torque specs).
• Write for a global audience with XML/HTML and topic-based content.
• Proficient in English, detail-oriented, collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Produce technical content for hardware and software products.
• Create content scalable across products and translatable into multiple languages.
• Collaborate with engineers, support, testing, marketing, and product teams.
• Deliver docs in print, PDF, web, and mobile formats.
• Manage revisions and translations.
• Keep docs up to date with new features.
