Job summary

InCharge Energy seeks a Proposal and Grant Specialist for its Los Angeles, CA office. You will research, write, and coordinate funding applications, including RFPs/RFIs/RFQs, and manage awarded opportunities.

You will collaborate with Sales, EPC, and C‑Suite to advance client and company objectives. The role requires strong writing, strategic thinking, and exceptional project management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in proposals or grant writing with government or NGO exposure.
• Strong writing and editing skills; ability to coordinate multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate RFP/RFI/RFQ submissions and client proposals.
• Develop compelling content and win themes for narratives.
• Coordinate input from stakeholders and ensure compliance.
• Manage grant opportunities and post-award administration.
• Track success metrics and improve proposal processes.
