Markjames in Seattle seeks a hands-on field operator to support the daily operations of a shared electric vehicle fleet. You will be assigned to one of two shift blocks, performing Move/Deploy/Retrieval tasks with shared trucks and battery swaps using your own vehicle, all while representing the brand in the local community.

This 6‑month 1099 contract starts immediately, with a minimum of 40 hours per week and overtime paid at 1.5x beyond 40 hours.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
• Own reliable, insured, working personal vehicle (mandatory).
• Able to lift, carry, load, and unload up to 65 lbs repeatedly throughout a shift.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding work.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Available for the assigned shift block (Block A or Block B), including weekends as required.

Responsabilités

• Move, Deploy, and Retrieval work using shared flatbed and pickup trucks.
• Handle battery swaps using the operator’s own personal vehicle.
• Keep vehicles clean, safely parked, and rider-ready.
• Represent the Markjames brand to the local community.
• Work outdoors in a fast-paced operations environment with daily driving.
