Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; technical degree preferred.
• 1+ years’ experience in automotive or electrical industries.
• Strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills.
• Proficient with MS Office (Excel/Word/Teams).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles to systemic/component level.
• Represent Orange EV professionally.
• Use RMS and service records to plan and prioritize service.
• Record all service activity accurately.
• Communicate with customers and third-party providers for issue escalation.
• Coordinate charging infrastructure logistics with site manager.
• Evaluate conversion vehicle candidates and report condition.
• Support Customer Technicians and third-party providers.
• Provide secure remote location for tools and parts.
• Deliver Operator and Maintenance training and support sales.
• Travel for initial training and to meet team goals.
