Job summary

Orange EV is a fast-growing manufacturer of electric vehicles and is seeking a Regional Field Service Technician for Central/Eastern PA. You will diagnose, repair and perform field upgrades on Orange EV vehicles while documenting work and analyzing remote monitoring data.

You will collaborate with customers and third-party service providers, provide technical support for sales and marketing efforts, and help execute the regional service strategy with the Service Team.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma; related technical degree preferred.
• Analytical approach to problem solving.
• Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles to a systemic/component level.
• Record all service activity accurately in the service records system.
• Use Remote Monitoring System to plan service needs and prioritize actions.
• Collaborate with customers and third-party service providers to ensure efficient repairs.
• Provide technical support for sales and marketing efforts.
• Plan and execute a regional service strategy with the team.
• Travel for initial training and to meet service goals.
