Job summary

Molex Grand Blanc seeks a Testing & Validation Manager to lead environmental EV/DV/PV validation and testing activities at VAS Grand Blanc. You will oversee EMC, certification, homologation, and prototype processes to meet regulatory and program milestones while driving R&D testing initiatives.

In this role, you will coordinate with suppliers and external labs, mentor staff, implement DOE methods, and ensure robust validation practices that improve product robustness and time to market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional validation and testing projects.
• Hands-on experience with lab-based tests and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise environmental EV/DV/PV validation and testing activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and external labs to ensure compliant testing and documentation.
• Develop and maintain validation, prototype, EMC, and certification workflows.
