UNIBODY Autotech Collision in Honolulu, HI is hiring a Collision Estimator Trainee. No experience? We’ll train you. This is your chance to learn a six-figure career in estimating, insurance negotiations, and advanced vehicle repair planning.

In this full-time role, you’ll learn to use CCC ONE software, read vehicle damage, and work with customers and insurance companies through the repair process. Fast-track growth into a senior estimator and beyond in a modern EV-certified shop.

Responsibilities

• Write repair estimates using CCC ONE software (training provided).
• Read vehicle damage and build repair plans.
• Communicate with insurance companies to get approvals.
• Assist customers through the repair process (customer service + sales).
• Track repairs from drop-off to delivery.
• Learn OEM repair procedures (Tesla, Rivian, etc.).
