Job summary

EPG, a boutique recruiting firm in the EV and clean energy space, seeks a high-volume outreach recruiter on a 1099 contract. You will work from pre-sourced candidate lists, conduct screening calls, and log every touch in real time.

The role emphasizes rapid outreach, data-driven decision making, and clear, timely updates to the portal. You will receive a full client brief, pre-sourced profiles, a fit tool, and direct access to leadership.

Qualifications

• 80+ contact attempts per day in recruiting, staffing, sourcing, SDR, or phone sales.
• Know your own numbers: best week’s dials and connects.
• Reliable desk, internet, headset and consistent working hours.
• Comfort with a CRM/ATS and learning new tools from recordings.
• Capacity to handle standard workload for a high-volume role.

Responsibilities

• Work assigned candidate lists to exhaustion across phone, text, email, and LinkedIn.
• Run screening calls using provided questions and capture real notes.
• Log every attempt and outcome in the portal the same day.
• Report daily metrics: attempts, connects, conversations, screens booked.
• Flag stale data or poor messaging immediately.
