Turn this role into an interview — a resume and cover letter built around what this employer wants.
EPG, a boutique recruiting firm in the EV and clean energy space, seeks a high-volume outreach recruiter on a 1099 contract. You will work from pre-sourced candidate lists, conduct screening calls, and log every touch in real time.
The role emphasizes rapid outreach, data-driven decision making, and clear, timely updates to the portal. You will receive a full client brief, pre-sourced profiles, a fit tool, and direct access to leadership.
We do the sourcing. You do the contacting.
EPG is a boutique recruiting firm in the EV and clean energy space. We built this role around one idea: recruiters should not spend their day hunting for names.
Every role you work arrives in our portal already loaded with sourced profiles. You focus on what you do well, recruiting those people. Your job is contact, conversation, and screening, with some basic sourcing mixed in as needed.
This is a volume seat and we would rather you know the numbers before you apply than after you start.
1099 contract. First 7 days are a paid performance period against the standard above, which we put in writing in the agreement so both sides know exactly where we stand.
What we need from you
EV or clean energy background is a plus, not a requirement. We teach the sector. We cannot teach urgency, hardwork, and commitment to make placements.
Who this is not for
If 100 outbound attempts in a day sounds high, this is the wrong role and we would rather you know now. If you prefer to spend twenty minutes crafting the perfect message to one candidate, you will be unhappy here. We are not looking for trainees or for someone who wants to be walked through how to recruit people.
If that number sounds like a normal Tuesday, keep reading.
Strong performers move from one role at a time to multiple concurrent roles. There is more work here for the right person.
