Job summary

Flipturn, a subsidiary of Einride, is seeking a Support Engineer in the United States to work with the customer success and operations teams on EV charging infrastructure problems. You will investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues to keep fleets operating smoothly.

We value 2+ years in customer-facing support, autonomy, clear communication, and experience with ticketing tools (Pylon, Salesforce, Hubspot). Familiarity with AI tools like Claude and fleet/logistics knowledge are a bonus.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in a customer-facing support role.
• Ability to operate with autonomy.
• Excellent communication skills, written and spoken.
• Experience with ticketing platforms and tools (Pylon, Salesforce, Hubspot, etc).
• Experience using Claude and other AI tools.
• Familiarity with the fleet or logistics industry is a bonus.
• Experience at early-stage startups is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Be the first line of defense for customer questions or issues, responding to tickets promptly.
• Troubleshoot issues by examining charger logs, history, and resources; summarize context for escalation.
• Attempt to resolve common issues (reset chargers, grant access, etc).
• Onboard new customers and chargers, assist with OCPP connections and cellular connectivity.
• Reproduce to confirm potential bugs and elevate as needed.
• Raise tickets and escalate to OEMs with logs and context to speed resolution.
• Contribute to support runbooks with new issues and solutions.
