Job summary

bp pulse is seeking an experienced Commercial Performance & Optimization Manager to lead pricing, power optimization, and revenue management across its US EV charging network. You will deliver data-driven pricing decisions, tariff modeling, and operational improvements to support growth and profitability.

The role requires deep pricing expertise, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on modeling to inform strategic investments and governance.

Qualifications

Eight or more years of experience in pricing, revenue management, or related commercial performance roles.
Experience with python or equivalent.
Deep expertise in pricing strategy, power markets, and commercial models.
Experience in US energy, mobility, SaaS, or high-growth tech sectors preferred.
Experience working cross-functionally across commercial, operations, product, engineering, finance, and analytics teams.

Responsibilities

Execute and evolve pricing and power strategies to drive bp pulse US commercial performance.
Analyze energy costs, demand charges, site economics, utilization, and market dynamics.
Operationalize models including dynamic pricing, solar/storage integration, and load management.
Maintain accurate tariffs and offers at site and product level.
Create predictive pricing models, elasticity assessments, and forecasts.
Support long-term investment decisions through scenario modeling.
Partner with product, finance, network optimization, and analytics teams.
Strengthen governance for pricing, procurement, discounts, and terms.
Identify and mitigate commercial, regulatory, and operational risks.
