Job summary

Terawatt Infrastructure seeks a Construction Project Engineer to help build nationwide EV charging infrastructure. You'll work with Senior PMs, Real Estate, and Utility teams on site development campaigns, permitting, interconnection, engineering, and contractor engagement.

You bring a foundational engineering or construction background and strong organization, communication, and analytical skills. The role emphasizes collaboration, documentation, and growing ownership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in construction, project management or site development.
• Foundational understanding of scheduling, budgeting, and documentation.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of project schedules and budgets.
• Identify issues and help advance site development activities.
• Research site information such as market conditions and constraints.
• Identify project constraints and support mitigation solutions.
• Analyze elements to deliver viable site and contribute to schedule recommendations.
• Prepare site documentation for internal teams and stakeholders.
• Schedule meetings and maintain accurate decisions through notes.
• Support QA by ensuring deliverables meet Terawatt’s standards.
• Participate in expense management and reporting processes.
• Collaborate across Development, Business Development, Product, Energy & Utilities, Technology, Site Ops, and Finance.
• Travel as needed (up to 30%).
