Job summary

Lane Valente Industries is seeking a motivated and highly organized Project Manager to join our Energy Services team. This role covers the full lifecycle of commercial EV charging, electrical, and energy infrastructure projects—from proposal development and permitting to utility coordination, service operations, client management, and billing.

The successful candidate should be comfortable managing multiple priorities, solving problems, and driving projects forward with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management, construction coordination, electrical contracting, field service operations, or related roles.
• Experience developing customer quotes, scopes of work, estimates, or proposals is a plus.
• Experience with permitting, utility coordination, electrical construction, or construction administration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple EV charging, electrical, and energy infrastructure projects from initial request through execution, completion, billing, and closeout.
• Coordinate project schedules, field technicians, subcontractors, vendors, engineers, materials, equipment, and other deliverables.
• Take ownership of permitting and utility coordination for EV charging, electrical, and energy projects.
• Develop scopes of work, pricing, and proposals for EV charging, electrical, service, and energy projects.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, client portals, work orders, schedules, and tracking.
• Identify risks and opportunities and drive projects toward timely closeout.
