Crash Champions is seeking skilled collision repair professionals to join our busy shops. You will inspect damaged vehicles, plan repairs, and oversee technicians to ensure high-quality results and on-time delivery. The role offers a commission/flag-rate structure and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Frame machine operation experience.
• I-CAR welding certification preferred.
• Knowledge of vehicle repair processes by manufacturer.
• Certification in body repair preferred.
• Ability to supervise repair personnel.
• Must pass thorough background check.

Responsibilities

• Examines damaged vehicle and plans repair workflow.
• Communicates repair status with team.
• Performs quality repairs while keeping on-time status.
• Decides on repair vs. replacement considering safety, cost, and cycle time.
• Removes upholstery, accessories, electrical and other parts to access areas.
• Attends safety meetings.
• Files, grinds, and sands repaired surfaces with power/hand tools.
• Directs an apprentice when needed.
