Crash Champions in Pittsburgh is seeking an experienced automotive collision technician to inspect damaged vehicles, plan the repair path, and perform precise collision repairs to ensure on-time completion. You will work with a team to restore safety and aesthetics while following safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in frame machine operation and repair planning.
• I-CAR welding certification or equivalent preferred.
• Knowledge of vehicle repair processes by manufacturer.
• Ability to supervise repair personnel.
• Pass a thorough background check.

Responsibilities

• Examin es damaged vehicle and plans repair process.
• Communicates repair status with teammates.
• Performs high-quality repairs while maintaining on-time status.
• Decides on repair vs. replace based on safety, cost, and cycle time.
• Removes upholstery and related components to access damage.
• Participates in safety meetings.
• Files, grinds, and sands repaired surfaces.
• Directs a apprentice when needed.
