Job summary

HLBMA LLC in Georgia is seeking an entry‑level Vision Systems Engineer I to support the inspection process within the Cell and Electrode Technology team. You will help prevent quality issues, maximize output, and assist with installation and maintenance of vision inspection systems across production lines.

You will work with Production, Quality, Engineering, vendors, and global headquarters to maintain inspection accuracy and support reliable operation.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
0 to 3 years of related experience in machine vision, automated inspection, controls, or manufacturing engineering.
Internship, co‑op, apprenticeship, military technical training, senior design projects, or equivalent hands‑on experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

Support preventive maintenance for cell and electrode inspection equipment, including maintenance scheduling, performance tracking, and vision spare parts management.
Support daily cell and electrode production by adjusting inspection equipment parameters as needed.
Support improvement of inspection machine accuracy and detection capability.
Support inspection equipment improvement activities to enhance reliability and performance.
Support installation of vision system equipment on cell and electrode inspection lines and assist with developing installation schedules.
