Job summary

ATC Drivetrain is seeking an EV Battery Manufacturing & Validation Engineer to develop, validate, and optimize battery testing, manufacturing, repair, and reporting systems for high- and low-volume production. The role emphasizes data-driven problem solving across multiple customer programs and evolving processes.

You will work with CAN, BMS analysis, DTC troubleshooting, and digital tooling like LabVIEW, MATLAB, and PLC interfaces to ensure robust validation and scalable solutions in a growing

Qualifications

• Experience developing manufacturing, validation, testing, quality and reporting systems from concept through production.
• Experience supporting rapid program launches and frequent engineering changes.
• Lean Six Sigma (LSS) experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, deploy, and continuously improve battery testing, manufacturing, repair, and reporting systems.
• Lead validation testing, test method development, and tester integration.
• Support multiple customer programs and engineering changes across operations.
